Jorah’s letter to Daenerys in the episode Stormborn
The contents of Jorah’s letter to Daenerys Stormborn were released by the Game of Thrones official twitter account. When Archmaester Marwyn tells Jorah Mormont that his greyscale cannot be cured he pens a letter to Daenerys. Jorah had promised Dany in season 6 that he will do his best to find a cure for greyscale. Dany is unaware that Jorah is at Citadel. So Jorah pens a letter to Dany thinking that he is gonna die of his disease.

Jorah says in his letter that, ” Khaleesi, I came to the Citadel in the last hope that the maesters could treat me, as you ordered. Even with all their arts, I am beyond any cure but the grave. I have had a longer life than I deserved, and I only wish I could’ve lived to see the world you’re going to build, standing by your side. I have loved you since the moment I met you.”
While he is writing he is interrupted by Samwell Tarly. Sam is not willing to give up on Jorah’s condition yet. Viewers, in the next few episodes, will find out whether Jorah finally gets cured or not. The contents of Jorah’s letter to Daenerys Stormborn will hopefully not come true. We are all rooting for him to live. Samwell’s Tarly bravery will most likely save Jorah’ s life and find a cure for Greyscale. Hopefully, Sam’s procedure will save many more lives in the future. Viewers definitely wanna see Jorah by Dany’s side when she fights the Night King along with Jon Snow.
